Uninstalling the app

You can uninstall 4SELLERS Shipping Rules at any time from your Shopify admin. Billing ends with the uninstall.

What is deleted

Session data on our servers	Deleted automatically when the uninstall webhook arrives. If Shopify sends the shop redaction request later on, any remainder is deleted again. Nothing personal of yours stays with us.
The carrier service	Removed by Shopify together with the app, and with it the Shipping Rules Carrier Service (via app) entry in your delivery profile. Your checkout stops receiving rates from the app immediately.

What stays in your store

This is deliberate, so that a reinstall does not cost you your work:

Your configuration	Rules, zones and methods are metaobjects in your own store. They stay, and they are picked up again if you reinstall.
The shipping class metafield	The definition forsellers.shipping_class and the values assigned to your products stay until you delete the definition yourself in Settings → Custom data → Products.

When you delete the metafield definition, Shopify asks whether the values on the products should be removed along with it. If you want the metaobjects gone as well, delete them under Settings → Custom data → Metaobjects.

Reinstalling

Install the app again and everything is back: your metaobjects are still there, the classes are still on the products. Save a shipping method once — that re-registers the carrier service and re-attaches the entry to your delivery profile.
